Avocado Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

1 scoop (31g) Ascent Vanilla Bean Protein Powder

¾ cup (180mL) unsweetened almond milk

1 large (130g) ripe, frozen banana

½ small avocado

1 cup spinach (or kale)

1 tbsp. Nut butter (optional)*

 

NOTES

 

*For lower fat you can add peanut flour (peanut butter powder) instead of the regular peanut butter, or completely omit it. 

 

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a powerful blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. You want to make sure the spinach is completely blended. 

 

Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
