2 scoops Ascent Cappuccino Micellar Casein
3 tbsp. natural, creamy peanut butter
2/3 cup coffee flavored Greek yogurt*
3 tbsp. chia seeds
1 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred)**
Coffee grounds optional (decaf or regular)
*If you can’t find a coffee flavored Greek yogurt, just use vanilla and add some instant espresso powder
**If you want a thicker pudding, use 1 3/4 cup milk. For a thinner pudding, use 2-2 1/2 cup of milk.
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Pulse a few times until all ingredients are mixed well. No need to blend very long. Can also whisk everything together in a bowl, but it is quite thick and easier in a blender.
Divide into 6, half-sup servings. Top with additional peanut butter, coffee grounds or just eat as is.
