vanilla iced coffee recipe with cream of coconut in coffee by ascent protein

Iced Coffee with Coconut Cream and Vanilla

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 1 8 ounce latte


For the Coconut Cream and Vanilla Mixture:
1 can Coconut Cream

1 1/2 tbsp Agave

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

For the Iced Coffee:
1 scoop Ascent Iced Coffee + Protein

6 oz Water


  1. In a blender, add the coconut cream, agave and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high until frothy and smooth. Then pour into an airtight container and store in the fridge.
  3. When you're ready to make the iced coffee, blend together our Iced Coffee + Protein and water, then pour over ice in an 8 oz glass.
  4. Top with the coconut cream and vanilla and add a dash of cinnamon to taste.

  5. Enjoy immediately.


  • The coconut cream and vanilla can be kept in the fridge for 1 week.

  • If the coconut cream and vanilla mixture gets flat while sitting, simply reblend again to bring back the volume.
