1 scoop Ascent Raspberry Lemonade pre-workout
1 cup frozen raspberries
Juice from ½ lemon
1½ cups crushed ice
1 tbsp. honey (more or less to taste)
1 scoop Ascent Vanilla whey protein (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and all ice/frozen berries are crushed up.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
