Ingredients
2 cups - Unbleached organic all-purpose flour
½ cup - Stevia
2 scoops - Ascent Whey Vanilla Protein
8 ounces - Kerrygold Unsalted Grassfed Butter
¼ cup - Ice cold water
INSTRUCTIONS
Sift together flour, stevia and whey protein in a bowl.
Cut chilled block of butter into cubes and add to dry mixture.
Mix dry ingredients and butter together until it begins to resemble sand.
Add your ice cold water until it begins to form a ball and climb up the sides of your mixing bowl.
Roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness and use any cookie cutter shape of your liking.
