1 cup unsweetened cashew milk (or preferred milk)
1 scoop Ascent Vanilla Protein Powder
1 large ripe banana, frozen
½ cup frozen strawberries
¼ tsp. salt ½ tbsp. Chia seeds (optional)
1 tbsp. nut butter of choice (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth!
