  • 1½ cups cubed watermelon, ripe
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen*
  • 2 scoops Ascent Watermelon Pre-Workout
  • 1 tbsp. honey (more or less to taste)

Instructions: Strawberry Watermelon Pre Workout Popsicle Recipe

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and no chunks of fruit are left.
  • Pour into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze until firm and enjoy!
