1½ cups cubed watermelon, ripe
1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen*
2 scoops Ascent Watermelon Pre-Workout
1 tbsp. honey (more or less to taste)
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and no chunks of fruit are left. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze until firm and enjoy!
