A replacement will be sent for product that:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Shipped incorrectly

  • Causes an adverse reaction

All other inquires will be handled on a case by case basis and additional limitations may apply.

To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-844- NTV-FUEL or and provide your name, order number, and the reason for returning the product. Our Customer Service team must approve the return prior to shipment. A pre-paid label will be provided to cover the cost of returning any items needed back for review.
