Ascent + Beam Smoothie
CHANGE YOUR FLAVORS
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 *big* handful of spinach
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 scoop Ascent Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
1 full dropper of Beam the one (we used natural)
1 handful of ice
1 cup of almond milk (or your milk of choice)
Mix all ingredients together, blend, and enjoy!
