Ingredients: Avocado Protein Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 scoop (31g) Ascent Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
  • ¾ cup (180mL) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large (130g) ripe, frozen banana
  • ½ small avocado
  • 1 cup spinach (or kale)
  • 1 tbsp. Nut butter (optional)*


*For lower fat you can add peanut flour (peanut butter powder) instead of the regular peanut butter, or completely omit it.

Instructions: Avocado Protein Smoothie Recipe

  • Add all ingredients to a powerful blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
    • You want to make sure the spinach is completely blended.
  • Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
