  • 2/3 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or preferred yogurt)
  • 1 large ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 scoop Ascent Cappuccino Whey Protein Powder
  • ½ tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    • (more if you like a stronger chocolate taste)
  • 1 shot of espresso of 1/4 cup iced coffee

Instructions: Cappuccino Breakfast Protein Shake Recipes

  • Add all ingredients to a strong blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a mason jar/glass.
  • Sprinkle with some extra cocoa powder of chocolate chips.
  • Garnish with a banana slice.
