2/3 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or preferred yogurt)
1 large ripe banana, frozen
1 scoop Ascent Cappuccino Whey Protein Powder
½ tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (more if you like a stronger chocolate taste)
1 shot of espresso of 1/4 cup iced coffee
Add all ingredients to a strong blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a mason jar/glass.
Sprinkle with some extra cocoa powder of chocolate chips. Garnish with a banana slice. Enjoy!
