1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
1½ scoops Ascent Cappuccino micellar casein
1 frozen banana
2/3 cup ice, crushed
½ tbsp. coffee grounds (decaf or regular)
1 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
Add all ingredients into a powerful blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. The longer you blend, the thicker it will get as the casein absorbs the liquid.
Pour evenly into two glasses. Top with chocolate chips if desired and enjoy!
