Cappuccino Peanut Butter Protein Powder Pudding Recipe

Ingredients: Cappuccino Peanut Butter Protein Powder Pudding Recipe

  • 2 scoops Ascent Cappuccino Micellar Casein
  • 3 tbsp. natural, creamy peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup coffee flavored Greek yogurt*
  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred)**
  • Coffee grounds optional (decaf or regular)

Notes:

*If you can’t find a coffee flavored Greek yogurt, just use vanilla and add some instant espresso powder
**If you want a thicker pudding, use 1 3/4 cup milk. For a thinner pudding, use 2-2 1/2 cup of milk.

Instructions: Cappuccino Peanut Butter Protein Powder Pudding Recipe

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  • Pulse a few times until all ingredients are mixed well.
    • No need to blend very long. Can also whisk everything together in a bowl, but it is quite thick and easier in a blender.
  • Divide into 6, half-sup servings.
  • Top with additional peanut butter, coffee grounds or just eat as is.
