Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Mousse Recipe

Ingredients: Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Mousse Recipe

  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted and flesh scooped out
  • 2 scoops Ascent Chocolate Micellar Casein
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips (amount before melting)
  • ½ cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk (used unsweetened cashew)
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

Instructions: Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Mousse Recipe

  • Heat chocolate chips in the microwave until melted.
  • Heat peanut butter in microwave until runny (about 30 seconds).
  • Add avocado, melted chocolate chips, peanut butter, milk, and Greek yogurt to a powerful food processor.
    • Blend until smooth.
    • There should be no chunks of avocado left.
  • Add protein powder and cocoa powder.
  • Blend again until a thick, smooth mousse forms.
