8 oz cold brew coffee
1 scoop (30g) Ascent Unflavored Protein Powder
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp. Half & half (or dairy free alternative)
Sweetener to taste
For Vanilla Latte - 2 tbsp. sugar free vanilla syrup
For Caramel Latte - 2 tbsp. sugar free caramel syrup
For Pumpkin Spice Latte - dash of pumpkin pie spice & 2 tbsp. sugar free pumpkin syrup (or vanilla)
*Can also use any regular brewed coffee that has been cooled and then chilled.
Add iced coffee to a glass with some ice.
In a small blender, blend together unflavored whey protein, almond milk, half & half, and sweetener. If you are doing a flavored latte, add the flavored syrup in here.
Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour over coffee and enjoy!
