Ingredients: Mean Green Protein Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • ½ cup dairy-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 scoop Ascent Vanilla Plant Protein powder
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax

Directions: Mean Green Protein Smoothie Recipe

  • To a high speed blender add all ingredients.

  • Blend until smooth, scraping the sides of the blender jar as needed with a spatula.

  • Divide between two glasses and finish with desired toppings.
