Orange Mango Pre-Workout Refresher

Ingredients

1 scoop Ascent Orange Mango Pre-Workout

1 cup (140g) frozen mango

1 cup (100g) frozen strawberries

1 cup (240mL) brewed berry hibiscus tea (chilled)*

 

NOTES

 

*This recipe also works great and tastes amazing using water, or even black tea. It would also be delicious adding a scoop of vanilla or lemon whey protein protein!

 

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.

 

Pour into a glass and enjoy for pre-workout or anytime you want a delicious boost of energy!
