1 cup ice cubes
3/4 cup cold brew
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup dairy-free vanilla yogurt
1 small frozen banana
1 scoops Ascent Vanilla Bean Plant Protein powder
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
Fresh mint leaves, whipped cream, cocoa powder, or cocoa nibs
- To a high speed blender add all ingredients. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides of the blender jar as needed with a spatula.
- Divide between two glasses and finish with desired toppings.
Servings: Two 12 ounce servings, or one large 24 ounce serving
