Peppermint Mocha Protein Smoothie Recipes

INGREDIENTS: Peppermint Mocha Protein Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup cold brew 
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk 
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 scoops Ascent Vanilla Bean Plant Protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter 
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract 

Optional toppings

Fresh mint leaves, whipped cream, cocoa powder, or cocoa nibs


 DIRECTIONS: Peppermint Mocha Protein Smoothie Recipe

  • To a high speed blender add all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping the sides of the blender jar as needed with a spatula.
  • Divide between two glasses and finish with desired toppings.
