Protein Power Bowl

Ingredients

One 3.5 ounce packet frozen dragon fruit pulp, slightly thawed
1 small frozen banana
½ cup fresh mixed berries
¼ cup frozen cubed avocado
½ cup nut milk of choice
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop Ascent Vanilla Bean Plant Protein Powder
 
Optional Toppings
Toasted flake coconut, granola, fresh berries, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, and fresh dragon fruit

Directions

  1. To a high speed blender add all ingredients. Blend until smooth (Note: It should be thick).
  2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle desired toppings over the surface. Serve immediately.
