Protein Power Bowl Recipes

Ingredients: Protein Power Bowl

  • One 3.5 ounce packet frozen dragon fruit pulp, slightly thawed
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • ½ cup fresh mixed berries
  • ¼ cup frozen cubed avocado
  • ½ cup nut milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Ascent Vanilla Bean Plant Protein Powder
 
Optional Toppings
Toasted flake coconut, granola, fresh berries, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, and fresh dragon fruit

Directions: Protein Power Bowl

  • To a high speed blender add all ingredients. Blend until smooth (Note: It should be thick).
  • Pour into a bowl and sprinkle desired toppings over the surface.
    • Serve immediately.
