1 scoop Ascent Native Fuel Whey Protein Powder Vanilla (Cappuccino or Chocolate would also work!)
1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree (NOT pie filling)
1/4 cup light cool whip3 tbsp. half & half (Could also use another substitute for this such as regular dairy milk, almond milk, cashew milk, dairy free creamer, etc.)
Pinch of cinnamon
More whipped cream and cinnamon for topping
