Ingredients: Pumpkin Protein Shake Recipe

3/4 cup (180mL) unsweetened almond milk (or cashew milk)
2 scoops (62g) Ascent Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup (250g) canned pumpkin puree
1 ½ cups (150g) ice
1 tbsp. (8g) sugar free vanilla pudding mix*
¼ tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp. Cinnamon
Pinch salt (optional)

NOTES

*You can leave the pudding mix out, but it adds some extra flavor / sweetness and helps to make the shake thicker.

INSTRUCTIONS: Pumpkin Protein Shake Recipe

Add all ingredients to a powerful blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
