  • 1 scoop Ascent Raspberry Lemonade Pre-Workout
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 1½ cups crushed ice
  • 1 tbsp. honey (more or less to taste)
  • 1 scoop Ascent Vanilla whey protein (optional)

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and all ice/frozen berries are crushed up.
