Strawberry Almond Butter Protein Oats

Ingredients: Strawberry Almond Butter Protein Oats

  1. ½ cup almond milk
  2. ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  3. 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  4. 1 scoop Ascent Chocolate Plant Protein powder
  5. 2 tablespoon almond butter
  6. 2 teaspoons hemp seeds 
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  9. 1 cup mixed strawberries, tops removed and quartered

For Topping, Optional

  • Sliced Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Almond Butter
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Granola

Directions: Strawberry Almond Butter Protein Oats

  • To the bottom of a 1 pint jar, add almond milk, oats, maple syrup, protein powder, almond butter, hemp seeds, vanilla, and salt.
    • Stir to combine.
  • Top with strawberries, place the lid on and place in the refrigerator to sit overnight.
  • When ready to eat, remove from fridge, stir everything together then add your toppings of choice.

Cook Time: 12 hours
