Strawberry Almond Butter Protein Oats


½ cup almond milk

½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 scoop Ascent Chocolate Plant Protein powder

2 tablespoon almond butter

2 teaspoons hemp seeds 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

1 cup mixed strawberries, tops removed and quartered

For Topping, Optional

Sliced Strawberries

Toasted coconut flakes



  1. To the bottom of a 1 pint jar, add almond milk, oats, maple syrup, protein powder, almond butter, hemp seeds, vanilla, and salt. Stir to combine.
  2. Top with strawberries, place the lid on and place in the refrigerator to sit overnight.
  3. When ready to eat, remove from fridge, stir everything together then add your toppings of choice.

Cook Time: 12 hours
