Ingredients: Strawberry Chia Protein Powder Pudding Recipe
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop Ascent Strawberry Protein powder
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon pure almond extract
For Finishing
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, diced
- Granola, fresh fruit, and toasted coconut, as desired
Directions: Strawberry Chia Protein Powder Pudding Recipe
- To a 16 ounce mason jar, add milk, Ascent Strawberry Protein powder, chia seeds, and almond extract.
- Secure lid and shake to thoroughly combine.
- Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours, but ideally overnight.
- When ready to serve, stir in fresh strawberries and finish with desired toppings.
Notes
Chia seed pudding will keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
