Strawberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup (140g) frozen strawberries

½ medium (60g) frozen, ripe banana*

⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop Ascent Strawberry Protein Powder


NOTES

*The banana is optional, but it adds a little bit of extra sweetness and makes the smoothie super creamy and delicious. 


INSTRUCTIONS  

Add all ingredients to a powerful blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
