  1. 1 cup (140g) frozen strawberries
  2. ½ medium (60g) frozen, ripe banana*
  3. ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
  4. 1 scoop Ascent Strawberry Protein Powder

NOTES

*The banana is optional, but it adds a little bit of extra sweetness and makes the smoothie super creamy and delicious.
