Ingredients: Strawberry Watermelon Pre Workout Popsicle Recipe
- 1½ cups cubed watermelon, ripe
- 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen*

2 scoops Ascent Watermelon Pre-Workout
- 1 tbsp. honey (more or less to taste)
Instructions: Strawberry Watermelon Pre Workout Popsicle Recipe
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and no chunks of fruit are left.
- Pour into popsicle molds.
- Freeze until firm and enjoy!
