Tropical Sunrise Protein Smoothie
CHANGE YOUR FLAVORS
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: One 16 ounce serving or two 8 ounce servings
½ cup milk of choice
½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
¼ cup frozen mango chunks
¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks
¼ cup frozen strawberries
½ banana, peeled
1 scoop Ascent Strawberry Protein powder
Fresh fruit and toasted coconut flakes, as desired
To a high speed blender add all ingredients. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides of the blender jar as needed with a spatula.
Pour into desired glass and finish with optional toppings.
