PROTEIN
GRAMS DAILY*
Based on your answers, here is our recommended amount of daily protein consumption for you.
Protein amount seem lower than expected? Here's why
While the general assumption of "1g per pound of body weight" is commonly seen online, there's limited scientific evidence to support that blanket recommendation. At Ascent, we collaborated with our board of PhD scientists to develop a more nuanced approach, one that considers factors like age, activity level, and overall health goals, not just weight alone.

Any additional protein can be beneficial for replacing some of the daily caloric intake that carbs or fats might otherwise fill to help you achieve your optimal balance.
We're not here to push more product, we’re here to provide science-backed guidance and practical tools to support your fitness journey. At Ascent, we root everything in evidence and application to remain a trusted source for athletes and active individuals.
