Great Taste!
This is the best tasting protein powder I’ve ever tried. It dissolves pretty easily in warm water and even better if I add a 1/2 cup of coconut to the warm water.
I highly recomend Ascent protein
I highly recommend all of Ascent's protein powders. I often recommend Ascent to friends of mine. My two high school boys take a scoop of the Micellar Casein every night before bed to get extra slow releasing protein powder to gain muscle mass. It has helped both of them gain muscular weight.
My daily go-to
Thick and chocolatey. Note - very thick so plan to use a lot of liquid if blending into a shake (use a blender). Can be a tad too sweet for some. I mix it with instant coffee powder for a do-it-yourself mocha shake.
Great taste and easy to mix.
Just received this protein in the mail. I wanted it for the slow release, and I had heard it tastes great. Haven’t tried mixing it by hand yet but tastes great in a blender.
