Add 1/2 scoop & 5oz water for 50mg caffeine and 10g protein. Having a hard time getting started in the early hours? Take 1 full scoop in 10oz water for 100mg caffeine and 20g of protein. Really need something that will get you going? Take 1 & 1/2 scoops in 15oz water for 150mg caffeine and 30g of protein.
