- Line a small tray with parchment paper. Place 4 graham crackers side by side
- Melt the chocolate and spread it evenly over the graham crackers
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, until the chocolate firm
- In a bowl, mix the protein powder into the whipped cream until fully combined
- Spread the protein whipped cream evenly over the hardened chocolate
- Top with the remaining 4 graham crackers, aligning them with the ones on the bottom
- Freeze again for at least 2 hours
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!
