Wet Ingredients: High-Protein Banana Bread
- 1-1/2 cups mashed, very ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (key for moisture)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional to add chocolate chips, walnuts, etc..)

Directions: High-Protein Banana Bread
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line or grease a loaf pan.
- In one bowl, combine all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix bananas, yogurt, syrup, oil and vanilla together.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together and stir until just combined. Don't overmix.
- Pour mixture into pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before adding frosting or slicing.
