Directions: High Protein Caramel "Frappuccino" 

  • Blend: In a blender, combine frozen bananas, Ascent Caramel Iced Coffee + Protein powder, milk and ice. Blend until smooth.
  • Assemble: Drizzle the inside of a tall glass with caramel sauce, fill with blended banana mixture, top with whipped cream and drizzle with more caramel.
