High Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients: High Protein Mug Cake 

  • 3 tablespoons oat flour 
  • 1/2 scoop Ascent Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • Pinch of salt 
  • Chocolate Chips 
  • Peanut Butter

Directions: High Protein Mug Cake

  • Add all dry ingredients to a mug and stir well to combine.
    • Be sure to break up any clumps.
  • Add in the wet ingredients and stir well, scraping the bottom to ensure all dry ingredients are incorporated.
  • Stir in some chocolate chips, if desired, and add a few more to the top. 
  • Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds depending on the power of your microwave. 
  • Top with a drizzle of peanut butter and enjoy immediately.
