Iced Match Latte with Vanilla Protein Cold Foam

Ingredients: Iced Matcha Latte with Vanilla Protein Cold Foam 

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 cup hot water 
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream 
  • 2 tbsp whole milk 
  • 2 tbsp Ascent Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 tsp simple syrup , optional 
  • Pinch of salt

Directions: Iced Matcha Latte with Vanilla Protein Cold Foam

  • Steep matcha powder in hot water. Cool completely. 
  • In a tall glass or measuring cup, add the heavy whipping cream, milk, Ascent Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, simple syrup and salt. Use a hand held milk frother to blend the mixture for 30 to 60 seconds. 
  • Pour steeped and chilled matcha in a glass over ice leaving about a 1/2 inch of space at the top of the glass. Top with vanilla cold foam.
