Ingredients: Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Milkshake

• 1 frozen banana
• 1 scoop Ascent Mint Chocolate Chip Protein 
• 3/4 cup chocolate milk 
• 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
• 1/2 cup ice 

Directions: Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Milkshake

• Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 
• Serve immediately and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles, if desired.
