For the Pumpkin Protein Yogurt¾ cup yogurt of choice
1 scoop Ascent Vanilla Bean Whey Protein
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ cup diced apples or pears
⅓ cup granola
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
Honey, for finishing
- To a small bowl add yogurt, Ascent Vanilla Bean Whey Protein, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
- To a 12 ounce jar or bowl, add some pumpkin protein yogurt, followed by the diced apples or pears, granola, and dried cranberries. Repeat layering process. (Alternatively, you can forgo the layering process and just finish the pumpkin protein yogurt with the toppings).
- Finish with a drizzle of honey and serve.
