Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie Recipes

Ingredients: Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie Recipe  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 heaping scoop Ascent Protein Vanilla Whey
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice 
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice


Directions: Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie Recipe

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with additional ground cinnamon, if desired.
