Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Smoothie

Yield: 1 smoothie      

Ingredients: Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Smoothie

  • 1 banana 
  • 1 scoop Ascent Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee+ Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, optional
  • 1/2 cup ice 
  • Whipped cream, optional 


Directions: Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Smoothie

  • In a blender, add the banana, Pumpkin Spiced Iced Coffee+ Protein Powder, pumpkin pie puree, maple syrup, almond butter, almond milk, pumpkin pie spice and ice. Blend until smooth. 
  • Pour into a tall glass topped with whipped garnish and top with cinnamon to serve.
