In a medium bowl, stir to combine the yogurt and Ascent Strawberry Whey Protein. One a sheet tray or plate lined with parchment paper, dollop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture.
Layer 2 strawberry slices gently over the yogurt dollop. Top with another tablespoon of yogurt and layer another strawberry slice on top.
Continue dolloping the clusters, space about 2 inches apart until the yogurt mixture is finished.
Set in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth.
Dip a half of each of the frozen Strawberry Protein Clusters into the melted chocolate and set back onto the sheet tray. Alternatively, you could full submerge the clusters in chocolate and use a fork to transfer them.
