Ingredients: Cappuccino Breakfast Protein Shake Recipe

  • 2 scoops (62g) Ascent Chocolate Protein Powder*
  • 1 cup (240mL) unsweetened almond milk
  • 2-3 cups (300g) ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp (5g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch salt (optional)
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp xantham gum (optional, don’t need if you use casein)
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 crushed candy cane (for topping)

NOTES

*You can also use Ascent Chocolate Micellar Casein. It will make it thicker and almost like an ice cream consistency!

INSTRUCTIONS: Cappuccino Breakfast Protein Shake Recipe

  • Add all ingredients to a blender except for toppings.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the chocolate chips and pulse a few times to incorporate.
  • Pour into two large glasses.
  • Top with extra chocolate chips if desired and enjoy!
