  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until very well mixed. 
  • Heat a non-stick griddle or pan and pour the batter into small circles. Cook until bubbles form and the edges start to look dry. 
  • Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve with toppings of your choice. 

Optional pancake toppings: bananas, chocolate chips, peanut butter, berries, and more!
