For the Pumpkin Protein Yogurt

  • ¾ cup yogurt of choice
  • 1 scoop Ascent Vanilla Bean Whey Protein
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg

For Layering

  • ½ cup diced apples or pears
  • ⅓ cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • Honey, for finishing

Directions: Powerhouse Pumpkin Protein Parfait Recipe

  • To a small bowl add yogurt, Ascent Vanilla Bean Whey Protein, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
    • Whisk until thoroughly combined.
  • To a 12 ounce jar or bowl, add some pumpkin protein yogurt, followed by the diced apples or pears, granola, and dried cranberries.
    • Repeat layering process.
    • (Alternatively, you can forgo the layering process and just finish the pumpkin protein yogurt with the toppings).
  • Finish with a drizzle of honey and serve.
