Iced Coffee + Protein Served with High Protein Toast

Yield: 2 servings 

Ingredients: Sweet Toast

  • 2 slices brioche toast 
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop Ascent Unflavored Whey Protein 
  • 1 ripened pear, plum or banana
  • 1/4 cup granola 
  • 2 tbsp almond butter for drizzling 

Ingredients: Savory Toast

  • 1 everything bagel, cut in half
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop Ascent Unflavored Whey Protein
  • 2-3 slices smoked salmon 
  • 1 tbsp capers, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp dill, chopped 

Directions: High Protein Cinnamon Rolls  

  • In a small bowl, stir the Ascent Unflavored Whey Protein and the cottage cheese together. 
  • Toast the bagel or brioche bread. Top either with the Ascent Unflavored Whey Protein and cottage cheese mixture. 
  • If making the sweet brioche toast, top with your choice or fruit, granola, and drizzle with almond butter. 
  • If making the savory everything bagel toast, top cottage cheese with smoked salmon, capers, and dill. 
  • Shake or stir the Ascent Iced Coffee + Protein with milk or water, serve in glasses over ice. Serve protein iced coffee alongside choice of toast.
