Strawberry Chia Protein Powder Pudding Recipe

Prep Time: 5 minutes (plus a minimum of 2 hours rest time)

Ingredients: Strawberry Chia Protein Powder Pudding Recipe

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop Ascent Strawberry Protein powder
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon pure almond extract

For Finishing

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • Granola, fresh fruit, and toasted coconut, as desired

Directions: Strawberry Chia Protein Powder Pudding Recipe

  • To a 16 ounce mason jar, add milk, Ascent Strawberry Protein powder, chia seeds, and almond extract.
  • Secure lid and shake to thoroughly combine.
  • Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours, but ideally overnight.
  • When ready to serve, stir in fresh strawberries and finish with desired toppings.

 

Notes

Chia seed pudding will keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
