Strawberry Chia Protein Pudding

Prep Time: 5 minutes (plus a minimum of 2 hours rest time)

1 cup milk of choice

1 scoop Ascent Strawberry Protein powder

¼ cup chia seeds

¼ teaspoon pure almond extract

For Finishing

½ cup fresh strawberries, diced
Granola, fresh fruit, and toasted coconut, as desired


  1. To a 16 ounce mason jar, add milk, Ascent Strawberry Protein powder, chia seeds, and almond extract.
  2. Secure lid and shake to thoroughly combine.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours, but ideally overnight.
  4. When ready to serve, stir in fresh strawberries and finish with desired toppings.



Chia seed pudding will keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
