Prep Time: 5 minutes (plus a minimum of 2 hours rest time)
1 cup milk of choice
1 scoop Ascent Strawberry Protein powder
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ teaspoon pure almond extract
½ cup fresh strawberries, diced
Granola, fresh fruit, and toasted coconut, as desired
- To a 16 ounce mason jar, add milk, Ascent Strawberry Protein powder, chia seeds, and almond extract.
- Secure lid and shake to thoroughly combine.
- Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours, but ideally overnight.
- When ready to serve, stir in fresh strawberries and finish with desired toppings.
