Vegan Chai-Spiced Protein Muesli

⅓ cup muesli

1 scoop Ascent Vanilla Bean Plant Protein

1 cup alternative milk of choice

3 Tablespoons chai concentrate

Optional Toppings

Sliced apples, sliced bananas, pomegranate seeds, hemp seeds, nuts, goji berries, cinnamon, honey, toasted coconut, and more!


  1. To a bowl, add muesli and Ascent Vanilla Bean Plant Protein. Stir to combine.
  2. Add milk and chai concentrate. Place in the microwave and warm on high for 3-5 minutes, stopping to stir once during cooking.
  3. Finish with desired toppings and serve.
